Dex Media Lawsuit – Leggio and Collins Is Trying to Foulmouth After a Bad PR Disaster
The Dex Media lawsuit, filed in a Texas Federal Court by two employees of the company named Michael Johnson and James Hunter, is about to go to trial. They are accusing the company, and their former CEO, William Dex, of illegally recruiting sales staff, failing to pay them properly, and firing them when they failed to hit certain sales goals.
The first thing you need to know is that this employee’s case has been handled in a way that is both unfair and possibly illegal. However, that is not what the company does in reality with the cases that they bring to court. Instead, the company often hires a lawyer, John G. Leggio, to handle the case, and the company does not pay the attorney’s fees.

At this point in time, it seems that Leggio and Collins do not understand the legal issues involved. That is why they decided to hire a lawyer to represent them in court. Unfortunately, this was done without doing enough research on who to hire, or even a good reason. It seems that they had no idea that the decision they made would have legal repercussions for their company.
The next step that Leggio and Collins took was to file the lawsuit against Dex Media with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and then later on they went after the media. In an attempt to get publicity and gain publicity for the company, Leggio and Collins used the media to create a PR disaster and tarnish Dex Media’s image.
This includes using press releases, television and radio interviews, and even news articles to create a bad PR reputation for the company. It is unfortunate that the company that once was considered one of the most respected companies in the entertainment industry has become such a laughingstock. Because of this, people have become disenchanted with the company and it has caused an imbalance in the company’s financial situation.
Of course, Leggio and Collins are trying to blame the whole ordeal on a former employee named Jason Stoll. He is a key witness in the case, and Leggio is suing him as well. In addition, they claim that he is responsible for the way the lawsuit was handled.
The lawsuit itself is pretty standard. They are suing for breach of contract, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and a wide array of other charges. The defendants deny all of these accusations and have filed a counter lawsuit of their own against Leggio and Collins. There have been a lot of allegations floating around that the media has taken sides, but Leggio and Collins dispute these accusations.
On the Dex Media website, Leggio and Collins state that they want to thank the people who have supported them and the law firm, saying that they have a duty to their customers to defend them and show their support for Dex Media. by working hard to get the lawsuit dismissed.
Leggio and Collins are still trying to blame everyone else for the way they have been treated by the media. They are blaming Leggio and Collins’ former employee Jason Stoll and saying that he caused the entire situation.
