The Prosecution Attorneys Association Of Michigan – Should We Welcome Mr. Wiese Back Into The Law Enforcement Community Here In Michigan?

Matt Wiese, Marquette County prosecuting attorney since 2009, has been unanimously chosen as the newest President-elect of the board of directors of the Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan. Wiese will be responsible for many projects that are being done in the office of the prosecuting attorneys in Marquette. One of his first major tasks is to create an online website for the association. Wiese said he plans to make improvements to the current website and make it easier for people to access the website. He will also look into ways to improve communication between prosecutors and defense attorneys.

Wiese is the nephew of former U.S. attorney general John Ashford.

Wiese grew up in southwest Michigan near Cedar Hills and spent much of his youth growing up in a farming community in Portage. Wiese said he always thought of becoming a lawyer when he was in high school but wanted to do something different. He went to college for two years, studying electrical engineering but did not think he would pursue law enforcement or be an attorney general. Instead he went into sales and became a regional sales manager for a vacuum truck company.

Wiese has a long history with the prosecuting attorneys association of Michigan.

His participation in many of its events helped him build a strong reputation as a strong advocate for the criminal laws in the state of Michigan. Before he was elected to the board, he served for two years as the legal counsel for the board of directors. The two years he was a member of the board made him a strong supporter of its mission and work.

Wiese has always served on the board of the prosecuting attorneys association of Michigan since its founding.

He has also been a member of numerous other associations related to criminal law in the state. He is a past vice president of the Michigan Supreme Court and was also a former judge. Many people in law enforcement in the state of Michigan know him as having a tough and determined style of dealing with some tough criminals. In fact, one well-known television crime show featured him as the centerpiece of a story that brought some harsh criminal justice decisions to light.

As a member of the prosecuting attorneys association of Michigan, Wiese has continued to voice his support for the board and its work.

He has consistently voted to renew the association’s charter. In addition, he has worked hard to increase public access to information about criminal cases handled by the state’s highest court. He has made it clear that he is aware of the concerns of the public in regard to the security of personal records. He believes that he can best serve the public by being as transparent as possible regarding any legal issues that might arise in cases handled by the state’s highest court.

Much of Wiese’s work as a member of the prosecuting attorneys association of Michigan is done through his office, the Michigan State Police, and the county prosecutor’s office.

He serves as a member of many different governing bodies such as the American Association of Criminal Defense lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense lawyers, and the Criminal Justice Lawyers Association of America. He is also a past vice president of the Michigan State Bar Association. Members of this organization have consistently approved of his performance as a prosecutor in his role as the prosecuting attorneys association of Michigan.

In addition, Wiese is also a member of numerous other professional organizations.

He is a past president of the Michigan State Bar Association, an adjunct member of the Michigan State Bar Association, and a member of the advisory board for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. All of these organizations give him the standing and respectability that go along with being a former assistant district attorney. Members of the governing boards for these various professions in which he is involved are also looking at him positively, even while they disagree with his political views and his position on certain issues.

As a former assistant county prosecutor, Wiese knows what it takes to make a successful prosecution.

He knows what prosecutors and judges in other states are thinking when they issue criminal charges against someone. He knows about plea bargains that are commonly used by prosecutors in exchange for pleading guilty to the charges rather than face a trial. He has experience working with plea bargain negotiations, something that the prosecuting attorneys association of Michigan would not necessarily recommend. Wiese is well qualified to be a member of this organization, and he should be given the chance to prove himself.
